Placing an order on Spexxo constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to availability, successful payment or applicable COD confirmation, and verification of the order information.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

Incorrect pricing
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Suspected fraudulent activity
Delivery limitations
Technical errors

If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded according to our refund process.

7. Payments

Spexxo accepts online payments through Razorpay and other payment methods made available through the checkout.

Available online payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and other methods supported through Razorpay at the time of purchase.

Spexxo also provides COD subject to the applicable conditions stated in our Payment Policy.

8. COD Orders

For COD orders, customers are required to pay 10% of the order value in advance to confirm the order.

The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.

COD availability may be subject to order, location, courier, or other operational conditions.

9. Shipping

Spexxo currently ships within India.

Orders are fulfilled through Shiprocket and its associated logistics/courier partners.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected during checkout.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 1 day of delivery, subject to the conditions specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

To qualify, products must meet the applicable return conditions, including being unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with applicable packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice/order information.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact Spexxo through WhatsApp at +91 9969538739 as soon as possible.

Supporting photographs or videos may be requested to verify the issue.

Where the issue is verified as a damaged or incorrect product, the applicable return/exchange process will be provided without charging the customer the return shipping cost.

Unless otherwise stated, content on the Spexxo website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by or used by Spexxo with appropriate rights.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
